Return Policy & Instructions
We want you to be fully satisfied with every item that you purchase online from Only Embroidery. If you are not satisfied with an item that you have purchased online, you may return it unused within 10 days of receipt for a full refund of the items purchase price, minus the shipping, handling or other charges. All sales become final after 10 days from receipt of shipment.
All returns and exchanges are subject to approval. Only Embroidery reserves the right to inspect and return the product to customer if there is any indication that the product has been used or handled in such manner that will prevent us from reselling it. All items must be unused, in its original packaging and in it's original condition with labels still attached. Laundered items will not be accepted. Cut fabric by the yard is non returnable. Custom work items and final sale items do not qualify for our return policy as stated here. There are no returns or exchanges on custom orders and final sale orders. This policy will be stated in product description.
Products that are not accepted for return will be shipped back to the customer with letter stating our reason for your denied claim.
Instructions for Return or Exchanges
Each return requires RETURN AUTHORIZATION. Items received without a Return Authorization will be returned to you and no credits will be issued. Shipping costs for returns are customers responsibility. We will not accept C.O.D. deliveries.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Please e-mail at info@onlyembroidery.com us with request to return or exchange a product stating the reason for a return. After request has been submitted and the return label received, please place the label on the outside of the package. We recommend using UPS or FedEx Ground for your return. Package must be insured for the full value. Please keep the tracking number to ensure that the shipment is delivered to us.
